The pricing outputs produced by QuoteForge are estimates based on the rules and parameters you configure. The Company does not guarantee that computed prices reflect actual manufacturing costs. Customers are responsible for validating quotes before accepting orders.
To use QuoteForge you must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter into contracts, and use the Service only for lawful business purposes. If you register on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account details up to date. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account. We are not liable for losses resulting from compromised credentials.
New customers receive 15 free parts on signup (one-time, lifetime allowance) with no credit card required. After you consume the free parts your account will prompt you to select a paid plan. If no plan is selected, access to the Service will be suspended until a Subscription is activated.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. All payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. By providing payment details, you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method at the start of each billing period. Subscription fees are charged in advance.
If you exceed your plan's monthly part quota, you may purchase a one-time credit pack (50 parts for €99, 200 parts for €299, or 1000 parts for €899). Credit pack parts are consumed before your monthly allowance resets and do not expire while your Subscription remains active. There is no per-month metered overage billing.
Credit packs are valid only while you hold an active Subscription. If your Subscription is cancelled, expires, or is otherwise terminated, any unused credit-pack balance is voided immediately and is non-refundable. We recommend consuming any purchased credit packs before cancelling.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time via the Stripe Billing Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access to the Service until that date.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice by email. Continued use of the Service after the new price takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised pricing.
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. At our discretion, we may issue pro-rata refunds within 14 days of a billing event where a documented service outage or platform error prevented you from using the Service. Refund requests must be submitted to [email protected] with supporting evidence.
You agree not to use QuoteForge to:
Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund. We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and to cooperate with law enforcement authorities.
You retain all intellectual property rights in the STEP Files and other Content you upload to QuoteForge. By uploading Content, you grant TeleCetli Kft. a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide licence to process and store that Content solely to provide the Service to you. This licence terminates when your Subscription ends and the applicable retention period expires.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the QuoteForge platform — including the software, pricing engine, algorithms, user interface, trade marks, and documentation — are and remain the exclusive property of TeleCetli Kft. and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the platform.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and timely payment of subscription fees, TeleCetli Kft. grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to access and use the Service during the Subscription term solely for your internal business purposes.
If you provide us with feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us an irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use such feedback for any purpose without restriction or compensation to you.
Each party agrees to keep the other party's confidential information — including pricing, technical specifications, customer data, and business processes — in strict confidence and not to disclose it to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law. The Customer's Content and Quote data is treated as confidential; we will not disclose it to other customers or use it to compete with the Customer. This obligation survives termination of the Subscription for a period of 3 years.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE'. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TELECETLI KFT. DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TeleCetli Kft.'s total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to TeleCetli Kft. in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
In no event shall TeleCetli Kft. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or procurement of substitute services, arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use the Service.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
Each party agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the other party and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from the indemnifying party's (a) breach of these Terms, (b) infringement of any third-party intellectual property rights, or (c) gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
These Terms remain in effect for the duration of your Subscription and for any applicable retention periods thereafter.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay subscription fees within 14 days of the due date, engage in fraudulent activity, or act in a manner that threatens the security or integrity of the Service.
Either party may terminate the Subscription for convenience by cancelling via the Stripe Billing Portal (Customer) or by providing 30 days' written notice (TeleCetli Kft.).
On termination, your access to the Service will cease. We will retain your data for the periods specified in our Privacy Policy and Data Retention schedule. You may request export of your data before termination by contacting [email protected].
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hungary, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The courts of Budapest, Hungary shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms, except that either party may seek interim injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify active subscribers by email at least 14 days before the new Terms take effect and will update the 'Effective date' above. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy (/legal/privacy), Cookie Policy (/legal/cookies), and any order form or Master Service Agreement executed between the parties, constitute the entire agreement between you and TeleCetli Kft. with respect to the Service and supersede all prior negotiations, representations, and agreements. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
