QuoteForge is a B2B SaaS application for machine shops, prototypers, and contract manufacturers. We take your privacy seriously and are committed to protecting the personal data of our customers and their end-customers in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and applicable Hungarian data protection law.

Sub-processors

We engage the following third-party sub-processors who may process personal data on our behalf. All sub-processors are bound by Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) and are contractually required to implement appropriate technical and organisational security measures.

International Transfers

Most of your personal data is processed within the European Economic Area (EEA). Our LLM classification runs on Microsoft's Azure OpenAI Service deployed in an EU region with Microsoft's no-data-retention default in effect (content is not used to train or fine-tune models). One sub-processor is based outside the EEA: Google LLC (US) for optional analytics, where the transfer is covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) adopted under GDPR Article 46(2)(c). Stripe processes billing data within the EU (Ireland) and is not subject to cross-border transfer restrictions.

QuoteForge is a business-to-business service intended for professional use by machine shops, manufacturers, and other commercial entities. It is not directed at, nor designed for use by, children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or service features.
